HR Policy
Employment:
Employee will be recruited on the basis of need. Employees will be hired
through reference or through advertising the job via online portals. Selection
will be done by conducting written test and interview. Employee will be hired
on contract basis depending upon the work load. Executive staff will conduct
interview
Salaries and other benefits:
Salary of each employee will be according to the pay scale given by the
government and 10 percent increment will add to the pay of each employee after
completing one year. Bonus and other allowances will be provide upon
performance base. Performance of the employee will be evaluated through
evaluation form. Employment form includes but not limited to attendance,
behaviour, initiatives, loyalty and task completed during the evaluation
period.
Work Ethics:
Employees should respect each other and give respect to each other.
Employees should come to office timely and complete the work timely in
order to remain professional
Employees should come to workplace with neat and clean dress
Employees should keep the workplace neat and clean and dose to spread
noise, air, soil and water pollution
Employees should secure the asset and if they damage or misplace any
asset, they should bring the new asset
Leave:
Employees can take 1
leave in one month for any reason and 02 sick leave. One week leave if the
employees is going to marry, 03 leave for marriage of a family member or death
of any family member.
Employees who will not
take their leaves will be granted leave at the end of the year or will be
facilitated with a bonus take would be equal to the per day pay multiply with
the numbers of remaining leaves.
Holidays will be
announced as per the government of Pakistan
Non-Muslim employees
can get leaves for the religious event upon request. Leaves more than 03 days
will be provided as un-paid leave to all employees.
Office Timings
Office timings will be
as per the schedule of the government of Pakistan. Usually the office timings
are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and in Ramadan the timings are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on
Friday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Conflict of Interest and
confidentiality
Employees should not
provide any data to other companies that are competitor of the organization. In
case if conflict arises the employee will be terminated immediately
